Your first appointment
At the registration desk you will receive a medical history form, which you can fill out at your leisure in our waiting area. In the subsequent personal consultation, you can communicate your wishes, ideas and expectations.
Prepare questions
Think about what questions you would like to ask the dentist, e.g. about oral hygiene or specific treatments.
Take documents with you
If you have any medical documents or an insurance card, please take these with you.
Punctuality
Be there in good time to avoid stress.
Stay relaxed
It is normal to be nervous, but try to stay calm. Everything will be discussed at your first appointment and any questions you may have can be clarified before any treatment.
For particularly anxious patients, we offer appointments for treatments outside of regular consultation hours to ensure a calmer atmosphere with fewer patients.
Please do not hesitate to contact us.
We welcome both statutory and private patients. For private patients, we also offer private consultations outside of regular hours.
What happens at the first appointment
During your first appointment, we will take your findings and anamnesis. This means assessing your current condition and clarifying your questions and wishes. Have you already undergone treatment, do you already have recent x-rays? Please think in advance of any documents that could be important. You can send us digital X-ray images in advance by e-mail.
Do you have an implant passport? Please bring this with you to your appointment so that we can record the data.
Before you are called into the room, we need to clarify a few health issues.
Our team will give you the medical history form so that we can record this data. The questions on the health questionnaire relate to existing illnesses and any medication you may be taking.
