CEREC (Chairside Economical Restoration of Esthetic Ceramics) enables dental restorations to be produced directly in the dental practice – without having to go through an external laboratory. The CEREC treatment procedure

  1. Digital image: Your dental situation is precisely recorded using a 3D scanner.
  2. Design: A model of your denture is created on the computer and discussed with you.
  3. Manufacture: A ceramic block is milled directly in the practice for a precise fit.
  4. Try-in and insertion: The finished denture is checked for fit and permanently inserted.

Costs and reimbursement

The costs for CEREC dentures vary depending on the scope of treatment:

  • Inlay/Onlay: 500 – 800 €
  • Crown: 500 – 1,000 €
